Welding works

Welding work is a process in which two or more metal parts are joined under the influence of different welding machines, each of which works in its own way. Welding machines are selected depending on the volume and welding material. The welding process itself takes place by heating the tangential part of the part, by heating the edge. In modern times, there is a large number of various welding machines that are used both in everyday life and in production.

Welding works overview

Contact welding is mostly used in production, due to the complexity of the technological process and cost. In contact welding, two parts are adjacent to each other, welding is done by the spot method, gradually connecting the parts at each point.

Welding welding devices are also divided depending on their use into household and industrial. Appliances used in everyday life have a much smaller size and, accordingly, power, and are suitable for free movement, they are called portable or mobile, most often they need power from a 220 W network. Industrial - on the contrary, have quite significant dimensions, power and application. They are installed stationary and can weld thicker metals. Welding with such devices takes place with the help of electrodes that are heated with the help of an electric arc. Thus, the electrode heats the welded parts to the melting temperature, as a result of which they are adjacent to each other.

Another well-known method of welding is gas welding. Thanks to the interaction of oxygen and acetylene, the metal is heated to the required temperature, welding takes place.

Our company TDV "Bratslav" offers all the above types of welding. We fulfill orders in the shortest possible time, without loss of quality. You can contact us using the specified contacts, and our specialists will provide you with a detailed consultation.
